之前在下载中心下载了winpxin软件安装不起，在师兄的提示下先安装了MSMQ，然后才安装好了winpcin，但是打开软件就出现此提示信息了。请问是什么原因呢？是安装出现问题了嘛？怎么解决？大侠些指导哈哦，谢谢。

不知楼主在安装过程中有无错误报警提示，建议重新卸载，然后安装，安装时要注意安装路径中不能含有中文，WINPCIN是比较老的软件了，应该是不支持win7的，只能在XP下安装
