S7 414-3DP, 增加IM153-1DP从站，出错

我们单位有一个S7-414-3DP的cpu下挂了连个IM153-1（DP 4号和5号）机架，现在想再继续增加一个IM153-1（DP,6号）机架。
6号机架中第一个通道为DO32*24V,第二个通道为DI32*24V.使用的上位机软件为STEP7 V5.5 SP2, 当硬件下下去之后，CPU就无法工作。诊断数据如下：

如果再次将5号机架的DP插头拨到ON位置，并重新下原来的组态（就是把6号从站的硬件组态删除了），CPU就显示一切正常。
但是就算是组态错误，为何错误是发生在原有的5号从站上面呢？
另外，OB85， 0B86， OB121， OB122这些我都是有写入CPU的。
请高手帮助分析下，原因何在，谢谢。

1、新增加的6号DP从站，硬件拨码地址是否正确
2、5号从站DP的终端电阻拨为OFF,新增的6号从站终端电阻拨为ON
3、通讯速率和通讯距离的问题
  对照下面看下：
  9.6  kbps  到187.5  kbps：  1000  米
  500  Kbaud：  400  米
  1.5  Mbaud：  200  米
  3  Mbaud  到12  Mbaud  ：100  米
4、更该通讯方式。
   让CPU处于中间位置，DP接头终端电阻拨为OFF，两端的DP从站设备终端电阻拨为ON，试一试！
5、注意硬件组态的型号和版本要和实际事物型号和版本相对应。

谢谢。你说的很对。我把速率降到187.5kps的时候就一切正常了。

但是，说实话，我以前遇到的DP通讯不稳定，仅仅是某个时间段，或者说是一天也就几次故障。
这次这个是完全无法通讯的，还是第一次遇到。

这个车间有好几年了，可能接地系统老化了，我已经安排再从接地桩上引一根16平方的接地线上来。
