我把大家说的方法都试了,安装SQL2000时提示setup is preparing system for installing 就系统不响应了.安装STEP7还是提示please restart windows before installing new programmes,重启电脑、删除PENDING FILE 、重装系统都不行，是不是我的硬盘坏了？需要换个硬盘？

你的系统是装在C盘，如果是这样就不是系统的问题，而是你的SQL2000的问题了！
