1990/91年以后生产的3UA6热继电器的测试功能如下：
按下TEST按钮，热继电器将保持在TRIP位置，直到按下RESET按钮后，热继电器触点才会恢复到正常状态。
Originally(up to manufacturing time 1990/91) the test function was as follows:
By pressing TEST button the N/C contact 95/96 was opened. After releasing thisbutton, contact 95/96 closed again. Thisfeature served as a facility for testing the contact after occurance of ashort-circuit in the control circuit.
3UA6 overcurrent relays manufactured after 1990/91 incorporate the followingTEST function:
By pressing TEST button the overcurrent relay latches into TRIP-position. By operation ofRESET-button the overcurrent relay regains normal status.
