功能描述
此电路用于实现泵的正转，当堵转发生后会产生一个短时的反转。正转状态存储于脉冲触发器2和1中，并通过真值表1进行复位。
这由总故障与停止命令以及堵转计数器完成。堵转由电机电流限制进行监测，而“电机堵转”的保护功能被禁止，这可避免电机在不明堵转情况下运行10秒的情况（如脱扣等级整定为10级，则电机堵转保护功能需在10秒脱扣延时后才起作用）。
限制监视器2用来监视电机最大运行电流，任何超越限值的情况都会被计数器1记录为堵转。在本例中，60秒内的两次堵转可以被清除掉。极限监视器1和计时器3主要用来监视时间。当极限监视器检测到堵转时，计时器1通过真值表3触发。此时间用来使能第一次反转，当计时器1延时结束，电机转向自动切换回正转（存储于脉冲触发器1中）。
正转与反转的切换时间设定为2秒，如果监控计时器3被触发计时，即堵转情况在三次切换以内被清除，堵转计数器1通过真值表8被复位。
如果在监测时间内发生了三次堵转，则计时器1输出将被触发，正转状态记忆被复位且通过“外部故障1”模块产生“堵转”故障信号。“电机堵转”信号会导致电机停车。
外部故障和堵转计数器均可通过复位功能进行复位。
